Partner Programme

Inspiring and engaging Future Leaders alongside 1762 RBC Brewin Dolphin

Aim

We decided to hold a ‘Future Leaders’ event with one of our long-standing partners, 1762 from RBC Brewin Dolphin. The event was designed to empower future leaders to connect and collaborate with like-minded individuals as a way of progressing their careers and growing their respective networks. MB Partners and 1762 from RBC Brewin Dolphin are both passionate about forging meaningful connections with the future leaders of the businesses involved in our Official Partner Programme.

Delivery

Alongside 1762 from RBC Brewin Dolphin and each invited organisation, we curated a targeted invitee list of future leaders from across our business community. The attendees were invited to share an evening of meaningful connection and insight, afforded by world-leading executive coach Kate Tojeiro.

During the evening, the attendees and Kate explored and discussed the potential pitfalls and opportunities that future leaders face in the current working climate, and the importance of social capital.

Impact

Feedback from the event was overwhelmingly positive – not just from the attendees, but also the senior decision makers who were able to nominate and empower the people they regard as key to their future growth. Following the event, numerous introductions were made at multiple levels of seniority, which has strengthened existing working relationships across several partner organisations.

Most pleasingly, all attendees and partners are united in the desire to make this event an annual fixture of our Official Partner Programme.

"We enjoy working with MBP, have a strong relationship and work closely together to drive forward new conversations and introductions. MBP are always happy to take on new ideas as showed by our successful launch of the Future Leaders Event which now looks to be an annual feature of the programme."
