Nick Marsh

Back to Golf

After a stellar amateur career, Nick has made a seamless transition into the professional ranks. Despite only beginning his pro career in 2015, Nick has already enjoyed considerable success as he has risen to gain full Challenge Tour status for the 2018 season.

Continuing his rise through the professional ranks, 2017 saw Nick compete in the PGA EuroPro Tour where he got his season off to a flying start, finishing in T2 at the third event of the year and going one better at The Dawson & Sanderson Classic where he claimed his single victory of 2017. Seven top-ten finishes guided Nick to 4th on the Order of Merit, rewarding the Yorkshire-based golfer with full Challenge Tour status for 2018.

In 2016, Nick claimed his first win on the Gecko Pro Tour when he reigned victorious in La Canada. This was backed up with further success on the 1836 Tour where he won at Warrington Golf Club as well as winning the first stage of Q School for the EuroPro Tour. Nick also had his most successful outing on the European Tour when he was tied 16th at the 'Trophée Hassan II'.

Before turning pro, Nick was ranked as the 6th highest amateur golfer in Europe and the 26th highest in the world.

Nick enjoyed a distinguished amateur career that saw him represent both England and Great Britain & Ireland on numerous occasions. In 2014, the Yorkshireman helped GB&I defeat Europe in the St. Andrews Trophy in Sweden.

In addition to his international honours, Nick was crowned English Amateur Champion, Midland Open Amateur Champion and Scottish Open Youth Champion (U21s) on his way to being the highest-ranked English amateur golfer of the year in 2014.
