NÜRBURGRING
LAMBORGHINI SUPER TROFEO EUROPE - ROUND THREE
29 JULY - 30 JULY 2023
Charlie Martin heads to the iconic Nürburgring GP Circuit for round three of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe championship as she and teammate, Jason Keats, look to reignite their maiden campaign after a strong start to the season.
Charlie and Jason will pilot the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Evo 2 run by Brutal Fish Racing in the Lamborghini Cup class as the pair look to regain momentum.
The season so far has seen Charlie claim a class podium at Paul Ricard and a class pole position at Spa Francorchamps, alongside showcasing fantastic speed across the four races
The 3.199 mile circuit, located in the picturesque Eifel mountains, has been a staple of racing since it's inception and features a challenging blend of low and high speed corners, to provide a technical challenge for the drivers.
The weekend will begin with two free practice sessions at 10:20 (CEST) and 14:30 respectively on Friday, before the competitive action gets underway on Saturday morning with the 50 minute qualifying session at 10:55 which will determine the grid for the two races that follow.
The weekend's racing action will see two 50 minute races once more, with race one at 15:45 on Saturday afternoon, followed by the final race of the weekend at 10:15 on Sunday morning
Coverage of the action is available across the weekend live on the Lamborghini Squadra Corse Youtube channel. Live timing is also available here.
"I'm coming into this feeling ready after the short break, it didn't quite go our way in the previous round at Spa, so to be back behind the wheel at yet another iconic circuit is a great feeling! Myself and Jason are raring to go and hit the track and ready to give it everything to back fighting at the front of the class for victories and podiums. We've got some great pace so we just need to go out there and show it!"
