MB Partners are delighted to announce that Gerry Convy will join the team as our official Performance Coach, benefitting our clients with over twenty years of experience at the highest level of professional motorsport.

A former member of the British forces and Martial arts expert, Gerry Convy has spent the last twenty years helping professional drivers enhance their performance both physically and mentally.

Working with McLaren-Mercedes F1, Force India F1, HWA Formula E and Mercedes-Benz DTM and Formula E, Gerry has helped some of the sports biggest names reach new heights with their performance.

The likes of Fernando Alonso, David Coulthard, Juan-Pablo Montoya, Sir Jackie Stewart, Stoffel Vandoorne, Dario Franchitti and Paul Di Resta represent a select number of drivers who have benefited from Gerry’s expertise and bespoke training plans over the years.

Working with the MB Partners driving stable, Gerry will play a key role in helping drive our talent portfolio toward continued success and development both on and off the track.

“I’m really excited to be working alongside Mark (Blundell) and all of the drivers at MB Partners,” said Gerry. “Their drivers are incredibly talented and I’m looking forward to meeting them all and getting straight to work. They all have their individual goals so I’m excited to assist them in any way that I can and to help them reach their full potential.”

Welcoming Gerry to the team, Mark Blundell added:

“I have known Gerry for a number of years now and can genuinely say he is one the best in the world at what he does so we are ecstatic to welcome him to the MB Partners team. Our management model is all about delivering the best service possible to a select group of drivers and Gerry’s services will be a huge addition to that. From working with the biggest names in the sport for over twenty years, he knows exactly what it takes to make it to the top and I hope our clients can reap the rewards of his experience and guidance.”
