Jordan Love will join Harrolds RACING for the Fanatec GT World Challenge Australia powered by AWS endurance event at Mount Panorama Circuit this week.
Mercedes AMG driver Jordan Love will return home to join Ross Poulakis aboard the Harrolds AMG GT3, prepared by Volante Rosso Motorsport, for the three-hour event at this weekend’s Supercheap Auto Bathurst International.
Jordan has previous experience around the Mount Panorama Circuit and has also enjoyed success there on multiple occasions. In 2019, during his championship-winning campaign in Porsche Payce Carrera Cup, Jordan achieved three wins, two pole positions, and a fastest lap in a dominant performance. A year earlier in 2018, Jordan claimed three podiums and a race win; and in 2017 finished in third place at the Bathurst 12 Hour in the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup race. Jordan Love will share the cockpit of the Harrolds AMG GT3 with Ross Poulakis, prepared by Volante Rosso Motorsport, for the three-hour event at this weekend’s Supercheap Auto Bathurst International. Jordan will hit the track this Friday for the opening practice session, followed by a second practice session and qualifying on Saturday. The three-hour endurance race commences at 10:40 am AEDT on Sunday, 13 November and will be broadcast live on Stan Sport. All the action will be broadcast live, on-demand and ad-break free on Stan Sport in Australia. International viewers can watch via Motorsport.tv.
“Heading back to home soil and especially back to Bathurst is very exciting for me, I love Bathurst and it’s not been a few years since I’ve driven there, so I’m even more pumped to see what it’s like, especially in a Mercedes AMG GT3 car I am now very familiar with but yet to drive up on the Mountain. Teaming up with Ross and the Harrolds Racing team I’m confident will be a great fit and I owe them a big thank you for their efforts in getting be back here for the event."
