Jordan Love returns to the legendary 24 Hours of Spa Francorchamps

Mercedes-AMG Junior Driver, Jordan Love, will make his return to the iconic 24 Hours of Spa Francorchamps this weekend, marking his third appearance at the biggest GT3 racing event on the calendar.

Jordan will return behind the wheel of the Haupt Racing Team run #79 Mercedes-AMG GT3 in the Bronze Cup, and will be sharing driving duties with Arjun Maini, team owner Hubert Haupt and Sébastien Baud.

This weekend will see Jordan and the Haupt Racing Team take to the legendary track amongst a bumper field of 72 cars and will be looking to bolster the team's promising start to the season with a class victory and another podium finish in the Bronze Cup.

The team is also one of the favourites for class victory in this category at Spa-Francorchamps and is targeting further top finishes on the legendary, seven-kilometre "Ardennes rollercoaster" where Jordan will look to put his wealth of GT3 racing experience to good use.

Action will kick-off with on Thursday with free practice one at 11:20 (CEST), pre-qualifying at 18:10, qualifying at 21:20 and night practice at 23:00.

Friday will see the superpole session at 15:35, followed by the warm up at 20:35 as the competitors will look to make their final preparations for Saturday's highly anticipated racing action.

The green flag will drop at 16:30 on Saturday afternoon with 24 hours of non-stop action lying ahead before the chequered flag on Sunday.

"I am delighted to be back for my third Spa 24 alongside Hubert, Arjun and Sébastien! It is the highlight race of the season and I can't wait to get going. Spa wasn’t so kind to me last year after a comfortable lead in class making it through the night to then be taken out after a small technical issue in the final hours was devastating. I definitely return this year with some redemption to be made.”

"24-hour races are always very unique and a tough challenge, but myself and the team are feeling confident and I'm looking forward to fighting for those Bronze Cup honours with the rest of the #79 crew. It's going to be a long weekend, in which anything can happen, but bring it on!"
